NGC 2467, also known as the Skull Nebula, is an emission nebula in the constellation Puppis. This stellar nursery is home to young, massive stars, including Wolf-Rayet stars, whose intense stellar winds shape the surrounding gas. The image is an HOO composition and was submitted to the Facebook page “Astronomy and Astrofotography” for their photo contest.
