One of the most beautiful regions of the southern sky: the Corona Australis Molecular Cloud, captured under the pristine dark skies of Kagga Kamma, South Africa. At its heart lies the complex around NGC 6726 and NGC 6727, where reflection nebulae illuminate part of a much larger molecular cloud. The field is dominated by the contrast between illuminated dust and the dense dark structures that cross the cloud and obscure the background stars. I think this is the best dark-nebula field I've captured so far with the Seestar S30 Pro.
